Solving JRE Issues on Windows 7 and Windows 8/8.1

In the 64-bit version of Windows 7 and Windows 8/8.1, special care has to be taken to allow the Java applets that generate the EventLog based applets, and the site analysis 3D-SiteMap applet to excute.
